2. Website Development

• Project Handover: After the final handover of the project, we provide clients with 1 week to request any changes to the website.
• Post-Handover Changes: Any changes requested after this period will incur additional charges.

3. SEO Services

• Monthly Fixed Cost: Our SEO projects are based on a monthly fixed cost. Payment is required upfront for the duration of the agreement.
• Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or stop work on the project until full payment is made.

4. Payments

All payments for services rendered are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of contract. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, materials, and information required for the completion of the project.
• Ensuring that the content provided does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own all rights to the work delivered as part of the project. However, we reserve the right to use project materials in our portfolio or for marketing purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any agreement if the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if payment is not received.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
